Calendar module allows sending invitations to meeting or call attendees. The invitations can be sent to users, contacts or leads that take part in the meeting or call. The feature is helpful when one wants to tell about the event details or confirm the presence of the participants at it. A default template for a meeting or call invitation usually contains the name of the event, date start, date end, URL link on the event record in the system and the acceptance status options. The templates for event invitations can be easily adjusted to the company’s needs with the help of Template Manager.
