It’s a user-friendly scheduling tool that brings speed, simplicity, and control to your meeting bookings within EspoCRM. Scheduling online demos, sales and support meetings, or internal team check-ins is now easier, faster, and more organized.
What can Meeting Scheduler do for your business?
Online Booking Pages
You can create personalized online booking pages with custom fields and questions where your contacts can book meetings with you or your team in minutes. Share the booking link and let your clients pick a slot that works for them.
Meeting Overload Prevention
Scheduler Extension allows you to set time limits for meeting duration, configure meeting schedules taking into account the working time schedules of your team members, and avoid back-to-back meetings.
Automated Host Distribution
The extension can automatically distribute meetings across multiple employees to balance workloads. When someone books a meeting through your scheduler page, the extension assigns it to an available host based on Priority-Least-Recent or Balanced methods.
Email Invitations
The tool can also be configured to auto-send professional email invitations when a meeting is booked. Invitee can accept or decline a meeting right from the email.
One-Time Links
Sometimes, you need to share your scheduler page only with specific people. One-time links allow you to send a unique link to a particular customer and give them exclusive booking access, which is perfect for special consultations or demos.
Zoom Integration
If your meetings happen using Zoom, you can set Zoom as your online location. Please note that Zoom integration is available as a separate extension.
