Collaborators
The Collaborators feature allows to share records with other users. Multiple users are able to work on a single Task, Case, Opportunity, or other record. There’s no longer a need to grant access to an entire team.
Reactions
It is now possible to engage with stream posts through reactions. An administrator can define what reactions are available in the system. The ‘Like’ reaction is enabled by default. The author of a post is notified about reactions. It’s also possible to view who reacted to a particular post.
Scheduled email sending
The ability to schedule sending of an email for a specific time. Schedule emails to ensure they reach recipients during their business hours, especially for international clients or colleagues.
Web-to-Lead forms
The Web-to-Lead form functionality is introduced as a part of the existing Lead Capture feature. The web form can be enabled for a particular Lead Capture record. It can be displayed either on a separate page or embedded into a website using an inline frame element.
